I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in like 15 years because their pizza used to be so greasy. I got a gift card and tried it last night. OMG it is no longer greasy gross! The pizza was freaking perfect!!! Light fluffy crust with just the right amount of crispy-ness! Delicious toppings. Perfect amount of cheese. I am so impressed! Pizza Hut you won me back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is NOT pizza hut this is an answering service and they are horrible. Very rude they sound irritated when I called to confirm because the website took the money out of my account but did not place my order. I hadn’t eaten Pizza Hutt in forever and quickly remembered why when my order was over 30 mins late and arrived lukewarm. Ordered online but finally had to call and check on the order, which defeats the whole purpose of online ordering. Was told it would then arrive in 15 mins and “was leaving right now”. I live 2 mins away, so I guess that was the subtle way of telling me that I would be getting not fresh hot pizza. Only wiring this review to remind me next time I get to stupidly thinking “why don’t I ever go to Pizza Hutt?”

Tried the new Detroit deep dish. Not bad but as I expected it’s not exactly what they show in the ad or on the website. I wish there had been a little more to it size wise. The crust was real good but it did not have the nice Caramelization that they show all the way around the crust just small amount in some spots. The toppings were good and the sauce on top was very good. I’ll try it again and see if they make it different the next time

My take out order at this location on Commonwealth Ave in Fullerton, CA was barely even warm, and the pizza was burnt black and dry. The breadsticks were ok, but were almost bare without any cheese orcseasoning and the dipping sauce was cold. Pizza Hut used to be delicious, piping hot and taste fresh. For $23+ I feel robbed.

The cheese Alfredo pasta was with chicken and My children and I are vegetarian, customer service said that for replacement, I would have to wait 70 mins or pick it myself and she was the manager!!!!. All I wanted was the correct order and asked if she could expedite as I had to take my kids out , she said ” you can pick up since your going out anyways” as if she knew which direction I was goong. What is worst is that we realize the meat when we bit into the pasta. Pizza hut failed to show any remorse / sentiment toward my religion and. Hence the vegetarian diet

No clue why reviews are like this. Person who picked up spoke and understood fluent English. Pizza was great! We were visiting from Canada and found it very similar to our locations there. Just cheese or sauce seemed a LITTLE different than what we are used to. Pizza delivery was quicker than expected. In Canada, takes about 45 mins but here- about 20. Delivery guy was this pale guy, didn’t catch his name. He was polite, nice.

This review is for my experience with delivery. I placed an order online for delivery and was quoted 25-35 minutes. The website notes that it’s only an estimate so I was prepared that it might be a little longer. After 50 minutes I called to check the status because the website tracker had just said “hot pizza is on its way” for the last 15 minutes. The person who answered checked and said it would arrive in 20 minutes. In reality it took about 35 more minutes. Overall it was a 1 hour and 25 minute wait for one pizza and a 2 liter soda. Very disappointing and especially considering it was a $6 delivery fee and $6 tip plus a couple bucks for a “service fee” and I live about a half mile away. I would have done pickup instead but I had a sick kid at home and couldn’t leave.
