We were enticed by the patio. We saw it from the bridge. Traveling with Fido, we tend to look for outdoor places. We didn’t have high expectations considering the tourism in the area.

It’s a solid dive bar with a great view of the river if you get an outside seat on the rail. The decor is quirky Americana but fun. The menu is pretty limited so I hope you like a burger. Prices reasonable!

Don’t be fooled by the cool patio seating overlooking the river: the food is bad and the prices are worse. The burgers cost $19.76 and taste gamey and weird. Fries are $2 extra. My husband was charged an additional $1 for lettuce, tomato and onion. My daughter had the chicken strips which were dry and also $19.76. None of us finished our food. Two burgers, two fries, one order of chicken strips and 2 beers cost us $81.99 without gratuity.

Great selection of meat lovers sandwiches. Not a place for vegans as there was nary a veggie in sight. Great atmosphere and vibe. Surprised there was no metal cutlery given the beefy menu and plastic doesn’t cut it. Came for the food. Stayed for the music and drinks.

My husband and I are on our honeymoon and have traveled from IN. This is BY FAR the best restaurant of the trip and we’ve been to two steakhouses. The chicken tenders were delicious and cooked perfectly. My husband LOVED the bbq brisket sandwich and the bite i tried melted in my mouth. Great atmosphere and service. If you love ranch it’s great as well. Definitely worth the trip if you’re visiting Yellowstone.

Great location and the staff was super friendly and hard working. Ringside view of the roaring Yellowstone River and swift water rafters. Good selection of drinks but try to hit happy hour between 2 and 5 as like every other bar/ restaurant in Gardiner…pricey!

Stopped by for HH drinks (better price than regular tourist prices). We enjoyed beverages during this visit: the house huckleberry margherita (delicious), Pina colata, & huckleberry lager (good). Sit out on the patio bar, overlooking the river (you won’t regret it!). Staff were friendly & helpful with drink/food selections.
