Good as usual. Pizza was hot, fresh, and ready. The cashier was nice. Although i could barely hear her and she seemed a bit shy. Didn’t make eye contact with me at all. A bit disappointment when you are a customer. Other than that, GREAT!

The worst pizza I’ve ever had. Pizza crust was soggy and I was charged $65.00 for two pizzas. They refunded my money and one of the pizza’s we received was wrong. I will NEVER step back into a Little Caesar’s anywhere in the world especially this one in Farmers Branch. Pathetic.

This was the last pizza place i will go to. Now I will not go again. I order online and the pizza was cold and stuck to the box. I even had to wait for my order. It wasn’t do in time it was promised. Then they gave me pizza that was already made. When I ask about it. I was very disappointed. I will never be back.

Worst experience ever. Waited for 25min outside for it to still be old reheated pizza. 6 kids hungry after I get off work to eat this on family movie night. This pizza wasn’t even hot you could tell it wasn’t fresh cheese was burnt from reheating it and the fact we watched other come and go after we were already there waiting. And still waiting it was to be ready at 10:25 and we got it at 10:50 had to go inside and ask where our food was why it wasnt ready or in the portal. Never expected this from here. Our pizza was never in the portal sadly we ate because it was late and we got it later then expected and everyone else was closed. Thanks again for not giving us satisfaction.

This place is very hit and miss. Today was a big miss. I ordered the deep dish and the pizzas were very misshapen like they’d fallen on the floor or something. They looked like they’d been through hell! They seemed a little underdone, too, while the bread sticks were a little overdone.

Disgusting! Most fast food places over the last few years have gone so downhill They are almost uneditable now. The Detroit style pizza is nothing more than oil soaked bland bread with tasteless toppings. Added wings last second and that was a huge mistake. They were tiny and basically had no meat on them, a complete waste of money. $8 for eight wings? More like $8 for a couple bites of chicken. Please let this place go out of business.

(11/11/22) I want to give the Farmers Branch location a super shout out today. They had 2 huge orders to be ready within 15 minutes of each other, took on my order of 30 total anyways and had it ready on time! All staff there need some recognition and a raise.
