I simply love this place!!! It takes snow cones to another level. I have turned my friends, family, and followers on to this place. Customer service is great, the kones are superb, and it always have coming back for more. There may be other snow cone places… but there is only one KOOL Kones. Do your taste buds a favor and get on over to Kool Kones. You will be glad that you did!!!

Been here about three times the first time was a ok experience but the second time I brought my family and the meade us all leave because we didn’t have any mask even though we were about to pay around 50 dollars for snow kones and the third time I went I ordered a snow konrad and it was disgusting so I went and asked what the could do and they told that they couldn’t do any thing. People there ar kinda nice but there customer service is horrible prices are high would not recommend.

We have been here before and it was good but this time the syrup tasted rancid as if it had gone bad. The lady said there were no refunds or exchanges which I understand if it was just a flavor that was too sweet or not what we expected, but when something tastes like a chemical, that should be an exception. It’s gonna cost them probably less than $.50 at their cost for something we paid $3. It went into the trash, which she asked me not to throw it in her trash bc she didn’t have the right trash bag for liquid. Anyway, I will not be returning here. Plenty of places with good customer service and good quality products to choose from that I can give my business to. Thanks! FYI, the flavor was creamcicle, in case you want to avoid it!

First time going today and I do not regret it! I didn’t know they could add ice cream tho so that I do regret not adding to my snow cone.. this place is the best snow cone place closest to Cedar Hill. I have tried 3 different places around here but this one is about to be my main spot! Loved it!

Best snow cones in the area! The ice is soft, not hard and crunchy. The flavors are great and we got plenty of syrup. Prices are super reasonable, store is clean and well kept. Friendly staff, family owned. And color-changing spoons for some extra fun! We’ll be back all summer.

I love this place but have stopped going because of the inconsistency with them being open. I went today during store hours at 2:13pm. Lunch hours are posted as 3:00pm to 3:30pm. Yet the door was locked and no one was inside. Open sign was on and the hours posted say they open up at 12pm. It’s a let down but I would rather go to a consistent snow cone shop. I won’t be returning just to be let down again.

A gem. This cute little shop is quietly nestled in the middle of a shopping center. I’m positive you will love the layout, colors, and decor of the place just as much as I did. Quick service, tasty kones, and reasonable prices. The only issue you’ll have is deciding which flavor(s) to get.
