My husband and I stopped by to try for the first time. We went in and said hello to the lady at the counter and asked how she was doing…. She did not respond at all. We proceeded to ask how the process worked and told her it was our first time. She acted like she was being bothered by our questions and she was so rude. My wife ordered a pepperoni pizza original crust with extra cheese and pepperoni. It looked like a regular pepperoni pizza and she questioned this and the staff said it had the extras ordered. Upon baking and eating the pizza it reminded me of the days when all I could afford was a frozen pizza from the grocery store. We used to get their pizza from Goodlettsville and was never disappointed. I would never recommend this papa Murphys

Papa Murphys is a take-out pizza and bake at home restaurant. Sometimes instead of Taco’s Tuesdays my family and I have pizza night on Tuesdays. They have a $10 special. Great pizza, you can get what you want. You can order online or call and it’s waiting for you. Don’t forget you bake your own pizza at home. But with prices going up on food so far there pizzas haven’t. This is a great way to eat out on a budget.

This is my first time ordering from Papa Murphy’s. When I told the cashier in the store that this was my first time ordering from them & that I was excited about trying their pizza, she said something like,’well I hope it’s good’ as she looked at the pizza with doubt on her face. I also ordered a 2 Litre & had to ask about where it was – this was after the transaction was complete & she said ‘thank you’ & walked away. When I mentioned the 2 Litre she said “you have to get it from over there; I didn’t want it to break the bag”. She didn’t apologize, she still had no smile or energy about her, and I felt like I was getting on her nerves. (The other worker there was helping another customer.) If she doesn’t like her job then she should leave. I worked in retail for 18 years as well as food service & customer service – this level of customer service is UNACCEPTABLE. Everyone (and I do mean EVERYONE) deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. If she feels that working there is beneath her then please ask this cashier to leave. All humans need to eat & most humans love pizza.
