Horrible called to speak with a manager the young man that answered said he was the manager I asked for his name and he said he didn’t have to disclose that to me for his privacy. Sweetheart maybe you shouldn’t be a manager if you can’t handle customer service. Never going to pizza hut again thank God for dominos!!!!

We’ve had 2 different delivery orders that didn’t have the correct pizzas/toppings. In addition to 1 order being very late. 1 manager agreed to correct and refund then a different manager disagreed with the previous managers correction and didn’t believe our order was correct.

This place got worse ever since it opened up. Originally I rated it a 3 but now it’s really a hit or miss but mostly a miss. The staff pretend that they can’t help up front so you’re sitting there waiting for a long time. And some of them have attitudes especially the older man with graying hair and beard. He’s a bit of a whack.
