Came in today after having four teeth pulled yesterday, Barbara was my cashier. I have to say it was the best experience at a fast food restaurant I’ve ever had. I explained to her the situation, she then went on to find the softest pieces for me. She then went above and beyond and cut them up smaller for me for my famous bowl. It was the sweetest thing ever.If she is not married, some man needs to wife her up. At KFC she needs a promotion or a raise at least. THANK YOU Barbara for making my day.

Didn’t get my order correct. Asked for Cole slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy with extra gravy and green beans. Received two MP & gravy, no Cole slaw. The potatoes tasted like instant, gravy was soso and green beans tasted they were dumped out of a can with no seasonings. For the price of 12 pieces with sides, very disappointed. Strike out for me

Just moved to Live Oak, and stopped by KFC. Monique* at the front had great customer service and a kind smile, she was very helpful with deciding what to order. The other ladies in the kitchen were very kind handing food out with a smile! Will definitely be coming back! 🙂

I used the online order and received an email my order was ready at the Ohio street KFC. They had no info for my order. I showed the older woman who was that shift manager my phone with the confirmation # and she told my she wouldn’t help me. Called KFC and got alot of run around, no help. The manager had no skills or desire to correct the situation. My only bad experience since moving to Live Oak has been this KFC and TWICE I’ve had issues here.
