Our son wanted pizza, and for some odd reason, we had trouble locating pizza restaurants, and the one we found was takeout only. Walking back to the car, we saw the sign for Bad Wolf Bar b q and decided to walk there. Our first thought, as we approached, is that it looked closed. We tried the door and it opened so we went inside. We were met with an extremely beautiful smile from a friendly young lady. It wasn’t busy the day we went, but we felt it had a great atmosphere, and the layout was unique. My wife and I ordered the pulled pork with her having the double fries and myself having the baked beans and Cajun Fries. Our son ordered the chicken tenders and hush puppies, well, because he loves hush puppies. Our two meals came with Cole Slaw, and it was pretty good. Was honestly better than the slaw I had the day before at another place around town. Overall, we marked Bad Wolf as a favorite place to stop the next time we are in the area. They have good food and really decent pricing.

Had pulled pork sandwiches with slaw. I like that they served the slaw on the side. The pork had a since smoke flavor and was moist. Hush puppies were good. They were the ones with a hint of onion, just for your information. Sweet tea was sweet, and refills were offered frequently. The decor looks like it needs some refreshing, sad hanging spider plants, dark wood paneling, and beams. The food was good, resonably priced, and good portion sized, but the tired decor doesn’t convey the “personality” of the food.

Food is pretty good. Went there years ago for dine in, picked up meal for 4 a couple of weeks ago (personally didn’t care for their slaw so…) last week I picked up a pound of pork bbq and a pound of chicken bbq instead of getting the meal deal.

Very upset with my first experience here . I watched this place be built as a kid from the daycare down the street which is now closed . For starters I ordered the Sweet tea took two sips for fair testing. It was awful no “tea” flavor once so ever, more like a sweet water . After waiting about 10 minutes for the waitress to come back around I traded out for a canned soda and she took my order . I ordered the bbq chicken sandwich with slaw on the side. After waiting about 30 minutes to recieve my plate…The bbq tastes like a very bland tomato paste I was not tasking any kind of ” smoked” flavor as stated on the menu . On to the coleslaw … Very upsetting because it as well was hard to stomach only having tastes like chopped cabbage mixed with mayonnaise.

I almost never leave reviews but my experience tonight was awful. I ordered delivery. The bbq sandwich was flavorless— no sauce whatsoever, literally just dry pulled pork on a bun. The Cajun fries were somehow burnt and limp at the same time and looked and tasted as if they’d come out of the grease trap. Gross.

The waitress was very nice, the music was good, the food was fast (<3 minutes), but not worth it. The macaroni salad was bland and the pulled pork soggy and poor flavor.
