Food is always hot and fresh and, in my opinion, delicious. I let the cashier know that the lemonade ran out in the dining room. The moment she finished ringing out her customers, she brought me a glass from the drive-through. Customer care!

The food was okay but not great. For not much more Olive Garden is a better option. The meatballs were small and did not have a lot of flavor. They only gave us two bread sticks for two dinners. Not a great value for spending over 30 dollars for two meals and drinks.

So far I’ve been waiting 27 minutes in the drive thru… at least another 10 minutes expected due to the cars in front of me still! Looks like I’ll be avoiding this place for at least a year! Update… finally got my food after 40 minutes, and of course it’s cold. On top of it all, I saw they have spots and a policy of pulling cars forward but they didn’t bother to do that. Talk about lazy!

Update: Had a nice meal with my daughter this evening. Not much to report. The counter employees were quite friendly,, though the young lady handling tables didn’t seem to thrilled to be there.. it happens, right? Original post: Aside from the 90s decor/feel, this was a decent place for lunch. Its sad to see the decline of Fazolis in the area. I remember when these locations were always busy and buzzing. The food was good as far as a sort of fast Italian place. And prices are just as good. Way better than paying $12 for a mediocre burger and fries nearby.

Autumn waited on us and was very friendly. She noticed we are seniors and said we got a discount on our beverage. Nobody has ever told us this,we appreciated that information. When she brought our food out she asked if we needed anything else and to let her know if we did. Also when we left she told us to have a good evening. She made us feel welcome and that she cared about the customers. Not everyone is that pleasant and I just wanted you to know she stands out from most. I work retail and I understand what it’s like to work with the public. She’s a keeper!! The food was delicious and I love your breadsticks!!

Dining room was a mess ..trash cans over flowing. Food over priced for what you get and it’s fair. We figured it out that we could go to olive Garden and get endless salad and bread sticks with our entree, in a clean dinning room with table service for about 5.00$ more for two. The service was good staff was very friendly.
