My family stopped to eat here earlier this week, the food was great. A heavy set white lady claimed my daughter put her mouth on a bottle of lemonade, I didn’t see it happen but it’s certainly possible. I said “I’m sorry” she said “you have to pay for it” and doubled down. I don’t understand why she couldn’t just throw away the small bottle of lemonade. She is ready to fight for this billion dollar corporations bottle of lemonade as if her life depends on it. I feel bad her co workers have to deal with such a Karen. She was overbearing and definitely created a hostile environment. I could feel the tension when I walked in, I should’ve left then!

My experience was horrible. The server who made my burrito was extremely lazy. She was sitting there staring at the glass for about 5 minutes just watching me stand there. Then 0 expression throughout the whole order. She also Did not let me know guacamole would be extra. Overall she was Extremely disconnected from her job. Also, the girl who checked me out was extremely rude. She did not offer me a drink, which I ordered, so I asked her and she gave me the wrong size. When I corrected her and asked for the right size she rolled her eyes and got offended and handed me the cup while helping the next customer at the same time. Very unprofessional and “ghetto” atmosphere. I will not be back

Gave it a second chance, boy was that a mistake. Had a horrible experience the staff ignored my order and constantly had me repeat every request multiple times. The food lacks flavor, which is strange from this brand. Never have I gone to a Chipotle and felt like I got shortchanged. The portion was small even when asking for more. Some lettuce is more than one piece. Guess I still have to drive to Bluffton to get Chipotle.

The tall dude with the dark hair and dark eyes had the worst attitude I’ve seen from someone in a while. Shrugging, looking over us and acting disgusted every time we even ordered something, had us feeling bad every time we had to open our mouths to ask for something. It almost felt like he was gonna reach over the counter and slap the next person that even suggested he might’ve forgotten something. Very hostile environment. I’d rather go and order from the robots in Bluffton, but with this quality of food, I wonder if it’s even worth considering Chipotle for a second time.

I have ordered through the app 5 times since 4/18 and every time the order is 10-15 minutes past the scheduled time. This time I asked about the order and the kid tells me that it’s right here. It was the same burrito that had been sitting there for at least 5 minutes. He makes a bowl and then comes over to tell me that it just needs to be bagged. Then continues back to the bench and starts to make another bowl. At this point I said “I will just take it now if I can.” He picks it up drops it in my hand and walks away. I had to ask the cashier for a bag.

The girl with the pink hair is very rude and unwelcoming. She is very undermining and does not change gloves when prepping backups and making customers food. Her huffs and piuffs were very unnecessary. Chipotle is my absolute favorite but I’ll take my business to moes personally.

If I could give them no stars I would! Just stick to Moe’s or go to the Chipotle in Bluffton because they can’t get it right in beautiful Beaufort! They didn’t have the ingredients I requested on my bowl so they gave me whatever they wanted. When I ask for a refund they said I had to go to the app to request a refund two words NEVER AGAIN!

After reading the reviews, I still tried to give this location a chance. I walked in and wasn’t greeted by anyone but yet met with looks that made me feel as if I was a nuisance. I made my way to the counter and saw that rice was literally all over the floor like confetti. It was everyone and it some places there were big piles. The more I looked the more disgusted I became. Food was in serving containers uncovered sitting on tables. There was a worker sitting on the floor behind the counter and everything was so messy. It seemed that food was everywhere except in its proper place. After seeing all these things, I hastily made my way to my car and I will NEVER return.
