This place is poor when it comes to service, delivery took over an hour and a half and it took numerous phone calls before staff awnsered the phone. I would give 0 stars if i could, i just cant beleive how bad it was. The online app never changed to show the food out for delivery even though it was. So confusing i just dont understand the disconnect with this location.

I cannot even call them to tell them to switch my order from delivery to pick up as I feared they were busy! They keep putting me on hold, don’t answer or disconnect my call. Terrible service, and I wil never order from them ever again!

I started to work in this area so I’ve been ordering here a lot. I definitely suggest if you’re going to be over an hour late to delivering your subs don’t put out for delivery just yet until you can actually be there at a reasonable time. This place will notify you when they’re on a way but won’t come for over an hour. This has happened more than once.

Placed a online order right before work for pick up because i am out of delivering range at my employment, i was greeted strangely and once i made it too work my order was completely wrong with a bunch of mayo all over the sandwich/ which i asked for none of that. Well i called an the female that rung me up answered stating her apologies and that she will make an have him deliver it….well its been almost ahour and a half now! Still hungry and can’t leave work until midnight…ugh… Thanks jimmy johns

Super fast service! Ordered my food at 6:00pm and by 6:10pm, the employee was calling me saying he was here trying to find my apartment and was here. Food was great and made as ordered. I have never had an issue with this location!

Jimmy John’s is true to his word I have never seen a sandwich made that fast I barely finish complete my order and the lady was putting my order together while talking, no waiting, no fuss. And you have to get the gigantum for a real filling meal. That’s one Advertising commercial that actually does what it says they are freaky fast. Consistently inconsistent. Slow, as in, I could likely go the store and buy all of the fixings, make the sandwich, and BM it out, before they can deliver it. Tuna? Maybe a hint of the gloriously fresh delicacy, but, mostly lettuce. My goodness, please don’t ask for it to be cut in half, or for napkins, either.
