I placed my order at around 11 am. My unwich was done by 11:05. It was really fast. The customer service was nice. I got a cup of water and the water tasted great. The location was clean and the staff very friendly. Thank you Gaby for making sure I was aware of all the freebies options I could put on my unwich and for not letting me forget to use my rewards.

Picked up order to go. 3 people, 1 being a kid cost me $100+ and the food was some of the worst I’ve ever had. Bread was soggy. Brownie was rock hard, seriously, ROCK HARD. Couldn’t eat it and ended up throwing away the rest of the food. I hate to waste food and money and both were wasted ordering here. Never again.

The quickest, freshest sandwich for a quick meal. You can pre-order it online, although if you want to walk in, your sandwich will be ready within a minute! Super speedy, and the bread is always fresh. I have never had a downside with this restaurant, service is also exceptionally well. 8″ sub is only $5!

We ordered five Subs. The first guy who answered the phone didn’t know what he was doing pretty young lady on the phone was very hard to hear her the music was quite loud in the background. We went to pick up the subs they got every single one of them wrong but one. When we entered into the restaurant music was blasting several employees I don’t even know how they could think with how loud the music was. Very disappointed. Glad our Jimmy John’s here gives good service
