The meat quality is surely decreasing… I understand food costs, offsets and what have you, but there’s this thing called quality vs quantity. And that is passed onto the customer base. This place and the other locations (including Diamond S) are SLOWLY changing, and not for the better unfortunately. The new children you have working customer service are not the creme of the crop by any means. Will start just skipping this place, we have newer restaurants coming in real soon anyways.

Cars are lined up around this place all day long but I never use the drive thru so I don’t know about the wait time. Never had to wait long on the inside for service and the place is always very clean inside. Fall 2021, pecan pie blizzard is delightful
