I ordered lunch at 12 o’clock was told it would be up to a 45 minute wait. I decided to call after it had been an hour and ask for an update on my order. The person on the phone told me that it was still sitting there, but their driver had just left and would be back and so it wouldn’t be that much longer after 30 more minutes I called back and asked if there was an update, and was told that the driver had taken it and it would be there soon, after 30 more minutes, I decided to call again and ask for another update, and was told that the order was actually still sitting there, and the driver had just left for more deliveries. But you just said it was on the way? At this point I have been waiting for about two hours for my lunch so I asked if I could speak to a manager and see if there is a way that we could sort this out. He told me that the manager Charisse said that she was too busy to speak to me and it would be an inconvenience, and then proceeded to hang up on me. I didn’t even get to ask for a refund. Your slogan is freaky fast, two hours for one Turkey Tom is not freaky fast, and I’m sorry, but I have worked in food service and I would never treat a customer the way that I was treated. My coworker as well put in an order around the same time that I did and did not even receive it until around 4 o’clock today. I’m sorry but that is unacceptable and ridiculous I have called corporate and complained.

Ordered ahead, showed up 10-15 minutes afterwards, stood in line as I had to pay. Waited behind 3 different groups, paid and then was verbally told I would be server after those 3 different groups got their sandwiches made?! What’s the point in ordering ahead, I get it if I put in the order and just showed up but there felt like enough time between placing the to go order and arriving.

For the last two years, everytime I order, it takes at least one to two hours. They are not Freaky Fast anymore. I ordered at 11:15 a.m. and it is 2:00 p.m., and I still don’t have my food. For the past two years I am always told that the Asp Ave location only has one driver. What happened to the bike delivery service and why is there only one driver EVERY TIME?? The worst service possible.

Great food, great delivery time but the one downside is the website hours are completely wrong most say midnight although I believe they close at 10 but when you call at 9 PM for almost 45 minutes and no one answers it makes you wonder.

I gave them another try and once again over an hour wait from the time I ordered. And I still have no sandwich. I called and talked to the manager and the only justification they provided was they have 1 driver and it’s busy. That’s unacceptable. Any other delivery service of hot food that you actually have to cook comes in 30-45min. Over an hour for a cold sandwich is ridiculous. Remove “freaky fast” from all ads because it’s absolutely not. It’s the slowest delivery service of any food delivery I’ve ever used.

I wish I could leave zero stars. My bread was hard as a rock and was left in the oven too long. I love jimmy john’s i’ve waited all week to get a Jimmy John’s sandwich and I was very disappointed when I got this one.
