They put the lack in b-lack people. Wow. They had me wait thirty minutes just to tell me my order had to be cancelled cuz they didn’t have something on the menu. Wasting my time as if I got paid to be there like them. The incompetence and inconsideration for others is astonishing. I see why the Caucasians want to depopulate b-lacks. Wow no value to society at all.

Last night would be my 5th time being here, my review is based off me having a good experience 4 out of 5 times.. Food was great, always is. I come here specifically for the Salmon, Baked Potato w/cheese, & Fried Mushrooms! (Kudos to the Chef! ). I had Garlic Parm Wings & fries last time, that was good as well. Drinks were good, I had tequila sunrise! Service on the karaoke side is always amazing. The main side Service leaves a lot to be desired (bartenders are always too busy to take your order and the ones who aren’t act like they don’t see you standing there waiting!) The bathroom needs a LOT of attention. Was very dirty and did not smell good at all.

Five point grill has become so unprofessional! I ordered food today at 5:30 and it was not ready till 8:10! I had other plans and missed my flight! Don’t depend on this restaurant to prepare your food in a timely fashion! I know it’s Mother’s Day but this a becoming a regular inconvenience! Inc Bistro across the streets has similar food I am going to try them next time! They were not even crowded! Broccoli was not done mashed potatoes was super dry, and lobster was cold! they did not give us our salads with our dinner either!

First time visiting. After seating ourselves and getting menus from the waiter (15 min) he never came back! We waited another 20 minutes before asking the bar tender and she took excellent care of us! Put are orders in right away. FOOD WAS GREAT!!! CAJUN HONEY LEMON WINGS, PERCH & FRIES, TURKEY RIBS FANTASTIC. The food made up for the janky service we initially got.

I had placed an online order for the Salmon Alfredo, with a side , that came to a total of $28. I went to pick up my order and was told “we don’t have any salmon , call and cancel it”. Wasn’t giving any other options , nothing. Just left standing there after being charged $28 . I don’t appreciate the customer service and will NOT be back. Like why didn’t anyone call me?! Inconsiderate.

Older bar back/bartender very rude. He hung up on me when I called about my DoorDash order being incorrect. He wasn’t trying to be helpful at all just rude as if it were too busy to help. I get there and it was literally ONE customer. I simply asked him if he hung up and he started puffing up like he would do something.Then to make matters worse once I received my new order that stated my seafood and shellfish allergies on the ticket, my food had multiple shrimp in my fries. Very disappointed seeing that this is a place that I go to and eat from quite often. ******Pic is after I dumped some of the fries and shrimp out.

Terrible place. Whether you’re in the restaurant or ordering online. The food is going to take 2+ hours. Everyone behind the counter is drinking copiously and completely inattentive/rude. When you finally get your food it’s completely wrong. Terrible.

They asked for a credit payment I get there they say I still had to pay. Pay at the counter the lady end up making me pay for someone else order. Had to void it and wait 5 days for a refund. I ordered a perch and chips meal and check out the picture of the Perch. 3 perch nuggets and a box of fries. Food is way to expensive to be playing like this. Slow down and give quality items please & thank you!

My son took me to 5 Points Grille for lunch and I did not know what to expect since reading all the reviews, but they exceeded my expectations as far as the service, meal portions and the food was exceptional. The chef did a fantastic job. My son was also satisfied with him meal. It is pricey, but well worth it. I would definitely recommend 5 Points Grille, because the food is great.
