Today on July 19 at 9:48 p.m I went in drive thru and got 2 simple coffee the lady on speaker said hold on .. ok ..mind you it took her 6 mins to take my order she was a older women and was very rude and mind you I’m waiting for my coffee at the window and she come to window and say what did u order .. like are u serious so I tell her she makes it see two cars pull in drive thru and yells out the window do u people sleep ? Like dam girl if u hate ur job that bad quit like never agin will I go back there horrible .. yall need to get some new people .

Tried to order 2 coffees, 2 sandwiches, 2 donuts and was told that’s too big of an order for drive through and refused to take my order. Made me sit in their line for 5 minutes because once your in it you have to wait your turn. Ridiculous and terrible customer service.

Very busy place but the one on Milliken boulevard usually makes the donuts with me even though they don’t make them anymore so I appreciate them for that it’s a plain donut with chocolate frosted they do make them for me but they don’t make em any more to sell on the shelves but they did for me so I appreciate it that’s good

This Dunkin’ Donuts should just be put.inside the police station because of how close in proximity they are to each other. There’s always a cop in the drive thru or parked in the parking lot eating donuts. It makes the atmosphere “cop-ish”…..

Rude staff when ordering through app. The woman on the intercom is intolerable and impatient, awful customer service skills should consider a different line of work. Insane how she still works there considering many reviews mention the same bad experience around a miserable woman and mobile orders. It has to be the same one, management should get on top of this.
