We just got delivery and driver great, garlic twists great, sausage pizza great but our large cheese (extra cheese) came with only half cheese and one half was sauce only! Kids are hungry Now so they’re digging in. Because we ordered extra cheese we smooshed cheese around on top! Not 100% happy!

This Dominos location is one I have been ordering from for years. Always friendly, dependable, fast, and the pies never disappoints! I do recommend the St. Charles location for an affordable, great tasting pizza night… and c’mon, $7.99 for a large 1 topping? Love it!!!

Back in September I placed an order and it took 2 1/2 hours to be delivered. I called and they said they were short staffed and should be there soon. She was very nice and I totally get it being short staffed. When the pizzas did show up, the order was wrong (was supposed to be a simple hand tossed cheese pizza…it was thin crust with meats on it…this pizza was for a vegetarian). Driver was already gone. Called the store and was on hold for 45 minutes. I finally just hung up. Called the next day and talked to a very nice lady who apologized and said she would put it in the system that I would have a free cheese pizza when I ordered next. Said it would be under my phone number. Called tonight to order pizza and they don’t have anything in their system about the free pizza. The person on the phone was laughing with a co-worker when I gave my address. Not sure what that was all about. Because it wasn’t in their system, they wouldn’t give me the free pizza. I was planning on ordering more than just the free one. We order from this store quite a bit and was quite disappointed. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. She sounded like she was a teenager. So I didn’t order from them. Ordered elsewhere. Wasn’t going to take the chance that someone would spit on my pizza.

Never will buy a another product from them. Domino’s is concerned more about delivery and. Being green then their product. The product isn’t that good, it’s highly overrated. Why buy a pizza from a company who cares more about delivery than the actual pizza itself? Do they think they’re Amazon not hardly.Don’t waste your money..

Ordered using the mobile app and it couldn’t be any easier! It estimated the time my pizza was ready down to the second. I notified the crew I arrived using the app and the handed me my pizza as soon as I stepped through the door. Was very satisfied and will definitely be ordering again from this store soon.

Reliable service, follow up and ensured that my curbside order gets picked up on the right time. I was few minutes late but person on the call ( unfortunately don’t have a name) made sure that I can get my order without fail. Awesome experience.
