Great little place, some of the best tacos I’ve had north of the rio grande. Birria was good, but the pastor is the move here, very tender and seasoned great. The tortillas are also cooked perfectly, don’t overpower the filling and hold together just enough to get in your mouth. Staff was friendly and made the experience great.

Greatly seasoned meat, The name of this place speaks for itself, If I could place a extra Star beyond 5 that’s offered I would ⭐️, I stumbled across this Gem by looking for a Mexican restaurant in the area that offers steak fries. To my amazement they didn’t, quickly thinking I asked for a small request to get a Steak burrito (made exactly like the burrito without the tortilla) placed over the fries she said no problem then her request to use the specially made sauce they offer instead of the green. Took less than 10 min to prep.. WOW! when I said WOW I repeat WOW⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ this place is Truly Authentic for their great food, put a request in for that burrito FRIES HACK…. Thank me later, don’t for get the lettuce and tomato and secret sauce Sheesh!! Good for 2 people to split

We order dinner from here every other week on Friday’s. By far the best authentic Mexican food in the area!! The Birria (beef stew) is outstanding, so much so they often run out daily. Made fresh daily and sold out by dinner time, it’s the simplest way to run an amazing restaurant. Choose a hand full of items, make them so well, you sell out daily! This is a must try destination if your crossing through Elk Grove.
