Horrible experience. Pre-ordered online to keep from waiting in line. Some people have been waiting in line for 30 minutes and when they got up to the counter to get their PRE-ORDER they said they were out of turkeys. There were 2 lines one was supposed to be Pre-ordered AND pre-paid but no one was there to tell customers. Some customers had been waiting in the wrong line for over 20 minutes and had to then get in another line. Very disorganized. Someone needs to open another similar store and put them out of business.

Ordered a turkey breast for Thanksgiving online on 11/19, prepaid, and scheduled my pick up for 11/24 at 5pm. Stood in line (outside) for over 35 minutes. A customer came out of the building and stated that they did not have any turkeys left in the building…. Even if you had already reserved and paid for one.

We ordered and prepaid $90 for 2 hams that were supposed to be 3.75lbs each a week before thanksgiving. When our son picked them up two days before thanksgiving, he was given 2 hams (both weighing less than 3 lbs). They shorted us 1.75 lbs. when I called the store, the manager didn’t have time to talk to me and the person that answered didn’t sound optimistic about giving us the ham they shorted us, nor were they offering a refund. She said the manager is really busy and she was not sure when he would be able to call back. Now I’m having to drive to the store the day before thanksgiving to try to get this resolved. Horrible service.

Manager rudely pointed out the 9.30 opening sign on door. Refused to open though they posted sign saying they open at 9 am on the 18th for Thanksgiving

1 star is probably to much. Waited outside in the cold this morning at 630 for 35 min, got inside and an employee says “due to the weather, no one can buy a ham who doesn’t have a prepaid or reservation”. Weather might be an issue at 8pm. It was 715 am. Not acceptable, and I’m usually the guy who always takes the side of the businesses.

Pre ordered a boneless ham over the phone and set a day to pick it up. When we got there we were told that no boneless hams were left and they offered to sell us a bone in one for 10 bucks off. But whats the point of reserving a ham if they are just going to ignore that and sell them anyway. Terrible customer service. Never coming back.

I refuse to give your employees a hard time when they walked out and told us you were out of turkey. But it is extremely bad business for you to sell all of your turkeys when a lot of us pre-paid you days or weeks in advance for said turkeys. You’ve got to get that fixed. I’m not really caring about it personally but that’s a very poor management.

I called the store searching for a way to get a ham delivered to my daughter who just had a new baby and lives nearby. The lady was so kind and helpful and suggested some delivery options but said if I could not find one she would drop it off after work. That is a great employee! EZcater ended up delivering it and they were so happy.

The ham is a bit pricey but well worth the money. The sandwiches are really good and the cranberry chutney and mustard are delicious! If you are going there around the holidays the lines can be a bit long but they do move pretty quick. I would suggest going earlier in the day to beat the afternoon rush.
