Our Bridle Trails location opened on November 18, 1998.The Bridle Trails Delivery Kitchen was the first location to help Pagliacci gain recognition from The Seattle Times readers as Best Eastside Pizza. For six years the unassuming location with its tiny lobby was tucked under the arm of TechCity Bowl, far away from the street. In March 2005, the Bridle Trails Delivery Kitchen moved into a new home just a hop, skip and jump away at the corner of NE 70th Place and 130th Avenue NE. The bigger site features a seating area to dine in or relax while you are waiting for your pick-up order. There is also a kids area, so little ones can be themselves. This location offers pizza-by-the-slice for meals on-the-go as well as beer and wine.
Laid-back chain pizzeria with gourmet thin-crust pies (some locations are delivery only). Based on 422 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.4 stars. Price $$

My husband brought home a gluten free pizza with no dairy cheese, just goat cheese. It was probably the best gluten free crust I’ve ever had! Great pizza, would totally go back again!

We ordered this pizza for shop lunch. It was delicious. Although it was on the pricier side I’ll definitely be making my way back to this pizza joint.

Food: The flavor of the custom combination was excellent, but ordering extra cheese is necessary. The 17″ was way too big for two people, plenty of food. Thin crust. 4 stars.

Local chain in the area that was highly recommended by a friend in the area. We ordered a large pizza with half Parma primo and the other half spicy chicken. We also ordered the Sicilian chicken salad. Can not recommend this place enough, the pizza wasn’t oily and the salad was fresh. Made for a great meal.

Pretty good pizza but pricey. Ordered on line but waited much longer than told (over 15 min). Picked up order and got home, discovered that I didn’t get my marinara sauce w/ the breadsticks. The Pagliaccio Salad is excellent!

Something that I would miss if I have to leave the city for a while. Salad and slice bar are of unique quality. There are definitely other very good pizza places out there, but for me, personally, PAGLIACCI is on the top my list for pizza and salad.

Called in today for a large Pagliacci salad (no onions), it was delicious. Nothing better then a cool crisp salad for our picnic lunch. Oh so yummy and not a bad way to spend the last day of “winter” since it’s 80 degree in the Pacific Northwest. I’m giving them 4 out of 5 star because I’m only rating the salad today. Employees were nice and service was fast and friendly. We went during the lunch rush and we were out of there, within minutes. The large salad filled two of these Dixie paper plates, just enough for two people if your not eating anything else. I recommend the party size if more then two because it always leaves you wanting more.
