I ordered A medium latte warm. There was nobody in front of me. As soon as I got to the window she handed me my drink. I thought wow that was quick because I just ordered it 10 not even 10 seconds ago. I pulled away and I was waiting at the light and I grab the cup and it was not hot and my coffee was cold so they served me a drink it’s supposed to be hot so probably just sitting out. And I open the cup and it wasn’t even a latte. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this Dunkin’ Donuts. But I will never come here again

Stooped here before hitting the highway. The drive thru line was pretty long but it went really fast. Both the girl that took my order and handed me my drink we very pleasant and friendly. My drink was made correctly. Having a nice staff that can hustle sure makes the start of your day flow smoother.

Just came here for my espresso. The drive through line was very long so I went inside. Every worker was hustling big time! They were also very friendly, still carried a smile on the face and was pleasant to interact with. These guys deserve a 10 star!! Greatly appreciate the kindness, hard working and great customer service. Keep up the great work.

The only saving Grace here was one young lady who went above and beyond and did a job that wasn’t hers in order to get me out the door. Had it not been for the employees, obviously frustrated and overworked, continuously smiling, this would have been an overall horrible experience. I would rather have poor food with fantastic organized service then mediocre food with horrible expo and disorganized service. I would honestly request a refund or a freebie for the terrible experience but I honestly never want to go back there again.

I’m not one the complain but this KEEPS happening. I love Dunkin’ coffee and bagels but I should definitely be given some more cream cheese. Why does this keep happening to me?? I’m not trying to be a Karen & check my food before leaving the drive-tru but I might just have to start..
