Very disappointed with what has happened to this location. I almost laughed with this portion size as it is quite literally 2 pieces of orange chicken and about 1/8th of a cup of noodles. I did this at the drive thru and had already paid my 8.55 and when I received it I asked and was told this is the normal portion. I actually weighed it on my food scale with the bowl and this was 1.6 ounces of food. This means it’s over 6$ per ounce. I don’t know what the deal was but I seriously felt scammed.

I have repeatedly came at 8 pm, 8:30 and been told that they are closing early, or that they are “all out of food” drive through not working, stuff cluttered in lobby,.. jsut doesn’t look like management is taking good care

Worst experience I’ve ever had at Panda Express today. The front line is so empty – no orange chicken (which I came here for) no Teriyaki chicken, no blackened pepper chicken, no broccoli beef. The options are incredibly limited, but the PREMIUM steak option is of course available. I asked an employee for a sample, to which he declined. Then right in front of me another employee named “Daniel” took a tooth pick and plucked a piece of steak out and ate it. Disgusting. I understand staffing is hard right now but this is a management issue and there was no accountability here today. Shameful! Won’t be back again.

Worst experience at panda ever! Very rude workers, always out of something that you want. They just throw your food in the container and don’t care what happens to it. Always have to repeat everything you say. Restaurant is never clean. Ppl just standing around talking instead of working. These were adults working too!! Not sure I will ever be back this location!

Let me just start with wow… Worst Panda Express I have ever been to staff were rude, no food available and they poured food into the takeout boxes with lost of liquid which made a massive mess. Noodles were overcooked and broccoli beef was old and more like broccoli soup. I only snapped a photo of my “big plate” because well had to take care of the rest of the mess. I think it was a good experience to keep me from craving panda for a while so thanks to that.

Panda Express has really downgraded over time. This place has an awful amount of flaws, so I’ll get straight into it. First of all, I do need to establish that their food is decent—however, their issues like service, quality, and cleanliness overpowers their wins. A few weeks ago, we ordered through drive thru and received our meals. Not only were we missing our entree and spring rolls, we found a whole FLY in our rice! Gross! My family was extremely disappointed, would not recommend.

Update: After my awful experience 6 month ago that I posted below I went through the drive thru again today and had Angelica and Angie help me. They were so kind and all of the food we got was delicious. Specially my shrimp. They surely earned our business once again after today’s experience.
