Food wasn’t properly cooked. Not only for us but a lady in front of us was given a raw chicken sandwich. The employees have no customer service and are extremely rude. They completely lost our order and then one girl wanted to over talk me when I was asked what I ordered instead of just letting me answer. Employees lack quality training and are very rude. The food also took forever, and came out wrong because the girl at the front kept interrupting me. It seems that high school kids are left to run the place. As you can see in the photo they are just sitting there on their phone and I guess there is no management.

I eat here between my job on my route. They tell me its about 20 minutes and I understand that so I order ahead of time. My food has always been hot and fresh. The gentlemen in the front costumer service is Superior. They serve great size wings also!
