Yesterday (January 13,2023) evening I called this Magoo’s location and specifically began letting them know that I usually go to their District Blvd location but I want to try their pizza too since their location is at shorter distance from my house but since it is my first time I want my order done right. They said ok. I said,” I need Chicken pizza Indian style with garlic and ginger and white base sauce instead of tomato sauce”. They said ok it will be ready in 25 minutes.

Ordered online, thinking it was for district blvd location. Their web design makes it look like you are ordering from District, a full on pizza location, when actually you are ordering from Wible, which is a gas station.

I will have to be honest pizza was good except they put jalapenos on the combination huh? But I received the most terrible service ever! Ordered online for delivery paid with credit card paid $1.50 delivery charge and even added tip for delivery. I got a phone call 20 min later saying they had no delivery driver had to go pick up. Ok I already paid so I go with 4 little ones no easy feat but off I went. Then I had to fight to get my delivery charge back and decided to just leave them with the tip.Big mistake! But pizza was good so a few weeks later I stupidly tried again. Paid online through “Slice” after 45min finally get a call from Slice saying they had no cook available to make my pizza! It took me 3days to get my money returned!!!! I will NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!

Even after reading the last review before mine, I decided to give Magoos a chance. I ordered from the Wible location at 5pm, they told me the wait would be anywhere between 45-55 minutes. I called after an hr and 15 minutes to see if the delivery guy left and they said he hadn’t so I asked for plates and extra cheddar, they said they would add it to my order. I called again, after 30 minutes and they said the guy was on his way. Not once did they apologize. After 2 hrs( 7:05pm), the delivery guy showed up. Again, no one once apologized but the guy did tell me all the calls came in at once. Not to mention, they didn’t add the plates or extra cheddar.
