Funny thing about restaurants and customer service. Customers just want the basic service to get their food and leave. Funny thing about business hours. If business hours are posted up to 7:00 pm tell me why a person who called at 6:50 to see if restaurant is still open can’t be served at 6:53 pm? I was told there would no longer be phone orders but walk-ins only. I walked in three minutes after my call.

Ordered a breakfast burrito with potato. It came with potato and egg. That’s it. Extremely plain and bland. No cheese, no salsa, no beans, nothing. They wouldn’t give me a water cup either, wanted to charge me for a soda. Trying to cut costs I guess, won’t return.

Today was not a good day for the customer service at this location, when usually it is. There was no greeting or any interest other than making a transaction on their part and to top it off, I ordered a drink and noticed a guy loading ice into the machine…I asked if I could get my drink while he was doing that and he just looked up and said “no” and went back to what he was doing. Today was a day where there were two people up front who didn’t want to be there and it showed.

I just had the most horrible customer service by Elizabeth, and I guess I’m not the only one after what I saw when I was waiting for my order. She is the most racist person and don’t know why she keeps working there every time I go there and I place my order in English she always talks to me in Spanish, just because people looks hispanic doesn’t mean they speak Spanish cause you are racially profiling and the store is due for a lawsuit, and to me it happened all the time with her, just because she is been working long time she might think she owns the place but flash news woman you still an employee and if you don’t know English please don’t be taking orders at the register cause last time I checked We still in the USA and the language we speak is English! I have been in customer service for a long time, and I never assumed or racially profiled my customers so hopefully, corporate or whoever is in charge fix this cause, like I said you will have a big lawsuit coming!

Ordered 3items, Fish Taco, shredded beef taco, and bean n cheese burrito. All were bad …some horrible! 1)Fish taco – almost NO fish and what was there was soggy with oil. Next up) Crispy shredded beef taco. Not a fresh tortilla and not prepared properly with the meat inside. Same as Taco Bell. The shredded beef was cold…ICE COLD ! Straight outta fridge! Are you kidding me ??? Lastly the burrito w cheese and salsa … cold grated cheese, not melted, sitting on beans. Salsa that was requested was missing in action. And the beans were half cooked and half cold ! This used to be the go to place for authentic mex food, one step below El Champeon . Now? worse than taco bell. Serving staff did not even offer to heat anything up. Unbelievable! Never again!

The food was disappointing. The rice had no flavor, the tamales were dry, the tacos had refried beans on them which made them taste nasty. The carne’s asada was barely cooked. They didn’t even offer salsa. Took over 45 mins for my order to be done vs people ordering after me and they were in and out. Tried to call in my order and no one answered. Tried for a good 30 mins in trying to call order in. Spent over $80.00 dollars and to have my family disappointed. Will never eat there again. Thought maybe they would be better than Olamendis. But they are just as bad. Their place of business needs a good cleaning too.

This place is awesome! I’ve had almost everything on the menu but their Asada Nachos are always on point! Asada burritos are good too. Red salsa is always spicy and full of flavor. Also they bake their own chips which are good too and they sell their own Masa for tamales. Overall great place to eat Mexican food!

Fast service—everything was to go. Carne Asade burrito was loaded with lots of meat—portions were good and burrito was only 7 bucks. The beans tasted a bit interesting but overall meal was filling for the price.

Horrible food! Had the 2 chicken enchiladas with rice and beans and could not figure out what was in the enchiladas which had these small balls that I did not know whether they were canned potatoes or what. For all I know what was supposed to be chicken could have been cat or dog, unrecognizable stuff… the refried beans and rice were awful! 6 hours later my system is still trying to digest this food. Taco bell or del taco would have been a better choice.
