Good tasty food reasonably priced. Take out and delivery available. Order at the counter food delivered to table. I enjoyed the lunch special of Mongolian chicken with an egg roll. Restaurant is clean and casual with friendly staff. There are locals who are regular customers and know the staff when ordering their regular.

We ordered chicken Chow Mein and Beef Chow Mein. The chicken and beef was completely bland and neither of the orders have Chow Mein in them. Just two giant balls of rice with the meat and vegetables. So extremely disappointed since we spent $50 on our total order to not even get the main entrées correct.

We were craving Lover’s Egg Roll and went to the restaurant on Coit but they closed. We could have settled for another restaurant but instead drove to this Lover’s to get our fix. Tasty as always with really good portions. Best local moogoo gai pan with lots of fresh vegetables. Still under some COVID procedures as they provide everything in to go boxes even if you are dining in, but since they give you more food then most people can eat that’s a win-win.

Love shrimp fried rice with lettuce and for lunch I had egg rolls with wonton soup and other wrap and roll soup foods just like yan can cook when I watched when I was a child. And the moo shu chicken and mushrooms is a great with other moo shu foods. That beef mushroom rice tasted so delicious I could make beef rice with some vegetables rice, and a rice porrage.

Ordered the Pad Thai last night, it actually tasted like vomit. I don’t complain about food and this is my bad first review, but I have genuinely never had a dish taste that bad. I asked my boyfriend to try it and he eats everything, he could not have another bite because it tasted like vomit to him too.

Roaches. Roaches. Roaches. We found a cockroach on our plate of sweet and sour chicken. A real, whole cockroach. NEVER AGAIN will we cross the doorway of this hovel. They didn’t even want to refund our lunch for four, even though everyone immediately stopped eating when faced with a cockroach on another person’s plate. Seriously unbelievable. The health department needs to visit this place. Scarier still, look at the yelp pictures from other diners who have ALSO found cockroaches inside their food and on their plates. I can’t even think about this day without wanting to vomit.

I went to Lover’s egg roll hoping to have some delicious crab rangoons. I went up to the counter and specifically asked for crab rangoons and the cashier happily allowed us to pay for them. I got my food and there was absolutely no crab in the rangoons only cream cheese. I went up to the cashier and told them there wasn’t crab in the crab Rangoons i ordered. The cashier then tells me they don’t have crab Rangoons they only have cream cheese. I was confused because their menu specifically says “crab Rangoons” and i mentioned that. They said that i ordered off the old menu and they have a new one then gestured to me the other menu they had available. The cashier saw me looking at the giant menu they had on the wall that they claimed was the old menu, let me order off of it, allowed me to order the item the no longer sell and gave me something totally different than what i got. I told them i didn’t want what they gave me and they never allowed me to have an alternative nor did they offer me my money back. Will never be back.
