Been coming here for sometime now, usually just to grab a pizza and eat in with the family, customer service is unbelievable, quality of food is fantastic, and the prices are beyond reasonable, had catering delivered from them for the first time, not only was I quoted a fantastic price, but the food was spot on delicious and delivered promptly on time, would definitely recommend

Can’t beat their prices and pizza taste usually. Just some feedback regarding the pizza: a bit too oily and needs a crispier crust so it doesn’t fall apart easily. Other than that, very good stuff.

The worker did not wash his hands before touching our food and starting a new pizza pie, even though he touched papers, the register, and our payment. This is disgusting and unsanitary, but especially dangerous during a pandemic… How is this acceptable for the owner or manager?

Food is always great but DO NOT TRUST DELIVERY. We have used the Slice app and called them directly. They can not get the food to you when they say. Set up a 530 delivery at 1:17pm today. Called at 6pm and food still not here. This is becoming a problem every time so we may need to find someplace new.

I went to this location on Labor Day. While I ordered a half pepperoni half Hawaiian pizza, there was no pepperoni on one half of the pizza, so we have to tell the front counter that there was no pepperoni on it, After we got our order back, the cheese instantly slipped off after one bite of it. Extremely Disappointing 🙁

I am a lucky guy because Vincenzo’s has moved to town. The best pizza PERIOD! And their heroes, baked Ziti, etc. Is excellent. We even buy their sauce alone. And don’t forget East Meadow Bagels in next store. Outstanding bagels and really nice people.

We ordered our pizza at 5:25 and the estimated delivery was 6:11 and at 6:05 it was out for delivery. However we called at 6:30 and the pizza wasn’t even made yet. We had a house full of people waiting for food and all they could say was sorry we are busy. Not acceptable. We have ordered from them a few times in the past but never again. If you need your food delivered at a specific time order from somewhere else.
