I have loved Jimmy John’s since day one! They simply have some of the best sub sandwiches I have ever eaten and blows Subway out of the water! Mainly because they use only fresh unbelievable quality ingredients. They also bake their own bread and I am partial to the French bread. The bread is to die for! True Italian! The Italian sandwiches are my favorite but the tuna sandwiches are absolutely awesome also. When you leave Jimmy John’s your belly is full and you are smiling big time! I’ve never been in one of their stores and experienced anything but friendly quality service also.

I have never EVER waited so long for Jimmy John’s, over 30 minutes for 4 sandwiches and chips. I ordered on the app ahead, which I assumed would be be faster since all the order is entered in advance for them. Nope. I got to the store and waited while MULTIPLE people walked in, ordered, and had sandwiches made ahead of my order. I did let them know when I arrived that I was waiting. And to top of off, they missed a pickle in the order too.

Litchfield has so many fast food choices, however Jimmy Johns is by far the only choice worth choosing. The food is awesome, uniforms are always the best, and the staff always nice. You also don’t eat here and feel like a greasy bloated French fry left in the frying oil for 5 days. The fact that they are one of the few places that delivers is even better. The management is also the best. Never really had a problem besides the fact that I can’t afford to eat here everyday 3x a day

2/5 ONLY bc I love JJs but the Litchfield location is the WORST. Our family are huge JJs fans and have eaten at locations across the US, however, EVERYTIME we go to the Lfield location our order is either messed up in some way or like today, it takes FOREVER. We were even told one time at like 5pm to come back later bc they were all out of any bread.
