I’ve lived in Philadelphia for 10 years now, and this Domino’s has been one of my go to spots. When it’s late at night, and you and your friends want to grab something to eat, there’s usually not many options, but Domino’s is there. During 2020, they were the only place that would still allow people to have food after midnight, and if you order via the Domino’s app, the app handles the payment, the tip, and everything, and every six times you order via the app, you get a Free medium pizza. Philly dominoes @ 716 South St. Philadelphia PA 19147. I would not order from this store, 1st impression; horrible. Of all the other locations I ever ordered from, this was the worst experience. As an OTR driver, I been to other states and cities, even my hometown in Cleveland Ohio is way better service. Pizza box was bent, messed up. The worst part store is only less than 10 minutes away and order was not delivered in good timely manner. Driver provided extra dipping sauce, oh wow. Like that helped waiting over an hour, time when was order was ready surpass by delivery ETA. No napkins provide and a cold pizza. Had 2 slices because I was hungry and threw the rest in garbage. You know how hard to throw pizza away from someone who loves pizza of all sorts. Yeah, terrible..

Disgrace!!!!! My husband ordered food last night for Summer Slam at 4 pm for an 8 pm delivery! I had to call the store at 8:20 to see where it was only to show up at 8:40 pm undercooked,sloppy,overcooked, and some wilted spinach.I have pictures to accompany.$40.00 for this garbage! Better believe im contacting their home office!

The WORST! Do not waste your money here. One time I ordered and they forgot about my order and I had to call 2 hours later – I know they forgot because the receipt for the order was for the time when I called, not when I ordered. Another time they just didn’t put any cheese on the pizzas and burned them all. Terrible customer service and quality. Do not waste your money.

I always order pickup because delivery takes forever. Pickup has become a problem as well. They tell you the pizza is ready for the pick up but you have to wait 15 mins after they say it’s ready. The Pizza is good. They never have any napkins.

My pizza got delivered to my house looking like complete throw up! Wish I didn’t even have to give it a star because it’s that bad. These drivers need to do better or even trained how to drive when they have hot pizza in the car with them. Would not recommend because this is not the first time they messed up my order.
