Great customer service! Food is wonderful. We have been hearing about this place so wanted to try it out. We walked in and greeted with a friendly host, he even let my husband pick his booth (major points with hubs) Our server Jacqueline (sp?) was exceptional and on top of everything. The owner Hardy came over and was very nice and helpful. We truly enjoyed our experience tonight! Thank you!

I had an excellent visit to Bella Verona. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the generous portions of food were excellent. I went with one of the Greek dishes, though I chuckled that it came with fries. There was far more food than I should have eaten. Enough for two people to have enough really. The meal also came with complimentary bread, and it tasted good as well.

Service was horrible asked twice for utensils the waitress told us they didn’t have Coke Zero and they did she never came to check on us restaurant was way to hot and we could literally see all chaos that was going on with other customers. Ravioli was overly stuffed with cheese and little sauce. Loud atmosphere due to overcrowding and 2 industrial fans going.

My husband and I literally just waddled out of the restaurant and I am so excited to write this review! We walked in and was immediately greeted by the sweetest, most attentive waitress Angela who went out of her way to take care of us, answer any questions we had and was intent on making sure we were happy with our food and dining experience. She was amazing! She introduced us to Hardy, the owner who was equally sweet and attentive and definitely made sure my picky husband was happy. My husband left absolutely stuffed and very happy! This is by far the best restaurant we’ve found since moving to NC from Greenville, SC and we will definitely be regulars. The pizza…..true NY Style and AMAZING! My husband really enjoyed his gyro plate and my Veal Parmesan was delicious…..oh my, the sauce is made fresh and the best I’ve ever had! Needless to say, I highly recommend this place! Stopped in for lunch and found our new go-to in town. The subs were excellent —probably the best meal under $10 that I’ve had in years — and our server, Heather, was so attentive even when the restaurant was nearly full for the lunch rush.

tried to call both numbers and nobody answered, so we went in person to order takeout. we walked in and the receptionist didn’t even look at us and was doing something on the computer. we watched the phone ring and she ignored it too. we stood for a few minutes waiting for her to help us and eventually gave up and left.

Don’t let the plaza this is in scare you away! It doesn’t look like much from the outside but the food is SO good. The owners are super friendly and the waitress was amazing telling us what was good on the menu. Try it!
