What an amazing experience! We had dinner Saturday evening at the bar. Didn’t have reservations so the bar is where we ate which turned out to be very entertaining as they cook right in front of you. After seeing how great everything looked we knew we came to the right place. Our food was cooked to perfection. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks Russo’s for the perfect evening!

Excellent food, some of the best in the area. Sat at the bar on a recent Friday night and service was attentive and quick, and the food was fresh. A bit expensive for the overall value but still a great choice for your next restaurant outing. Would like to see some «healthier» options on the menu. Enjoyed the seafood creole but the fried green tomato appetizer and NOLA fried chicken were even better! Will return again.

Probably the best restaurant we have tried since moving to the area. Everything had a cajun twist and was delicious. We will definitely be back! We recommend the raw oysters, shrimp appetizer, seafood fettuccine, chocolate torte and peanut butter chocolate pie.

Great little gem of a place very near the National Park. Had a fantastic anniversary meal. Joan was friendly, knowledgeable, fun, attentive not rushed. Menu is on par with many higher end establishments, and the quality of the food was excellent. The BBQ shrimp appetizer is unique and quite memorable. Garden salad was simple, but the house dressing really made it shine. Orange grouper was excellent. Bread pudding was warm and comforting (as it should be) and the GF chocolate torte was smooth and not too dense. All around great experience. Would return.

We were with a group and had a number of appetizers. I had the grilled octopus. We all enjoyed our appetizers. For dinner, I had creole chicken, it was good, but very salty. My husband had the cavatelli. Most of the people at our table said their food was overly salty. Besides the salt, the food was pretty good. The food is a bit overpriced for what you get.

Pastalaya and bread pudding were great. Gumbo was a little salty and service a little slow (they were busy), but overall was good.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful. Great food from their oysters to their pastas and Cajun. Left feeling satisfied and wanting to return soon. The atmosphere was inviting and lively. The open kitchen was a spectacular view and the staff was quick and friendly. It’s off the beaten path slightly but once you’re inside you feel emerged into the Cajun smells and ready to dig into some amazing meals.

(8-2022 Update) The place is back to near normal, with the newer workers. Ask for prices before you order anything special. Ask for John the bartender, he will make you the best drinks anywhere – a real Gray-Beard at work (*with utmost respect).

We went last night and had probably the best meal ever. We have been going to Russo’s for many years. This was maybe only the 3rd time since COVID. The service, food, wine pairing were great. Thanks for making it worth every penny . We will be back soon.
