Ordered Chicken Supreme dinners for my son and I. The chicken was cold and the tables in the restaurant were all dirty. The cashier seemed to be rushing us to order as my son was trying to figure out what he wanted. Definitely thinking about not coming to this location again.

The absolute slowest Bojangles on the East Coast. The guy with dreadlocks that was working the register had a really great attitude and was trying to be helpful and get things done to help get the customers taken care of. Unfortunately someone who must have been above him was trying to tell him how to do things and the young man with dreadlocks had to correct the other man and he didn’t like that so it took him that much longer because he had to explain why he did things this certain way. The guy at the register his props the guy that was in charge of him he needs to learn how to work with other people’s strength better.

The food was really good but we had to wait on the chicken to cook for about 13 minutes so we sat inside, could use a lot of upgrading replacing carpet and broken tile floor other than that the customer service was great

Not sure if they can be any slower. Went in to avoid the drive thru line, waited 20+ minutes to get my order, it seemed like no one cared we were all standing there waiting. Then….when I got my order home my wife’s biscuit looked like it got ran over by a truck, flat and smushed. Definitely no excuse for this enormous break down in customer service. Going to use the other BJs in town, they are definitely better than this one. Slow as hell.

They have a hard time keeping good employees in this town. Generally speaking all service jobs in New Bern are filled by people who don’t have what it takes. Go elsewhere compare your experiences and you’ll see that I’m right. My grandfather first told me of this and I’ve checked and I agree with him. So anyway these guys didn’t give me straws for my drinks or anything I had to guide them cuz they were obviously new employees. But the food was good and I will be returning

I don’t usually have five star ratings for this bojangles in particular however todays experience certainly changed that. The lady who was working the drive thru window at 7:43 AM on 7/24/2023 was absolutely amazing. Super sweet and this woman knew what she was doin! She is wonderful at multi tasking while also being very sweet. She’s on it! I wanted to give her some recognition!

Definitely not the first time at Bojangles and it won’t be our last. That said we got this location late at night after traveling 11 hours. They were gracious enough to tell us we can eat inside and take our time with no rush. The staff was so kind and courteous to us.

Higher prices and much smaller portions. My kids accused me of eating the fries it of three picnic fries. They literally were maybe 2/3rds full. Please give people what they are paying for. The sanitation grade is now below 93.
