Today must’ve been at an all time low for all the shops at the market place. This was another shop we visited and the staff were really low on morale and in serving the guests. Not just one person, but the entire staff. The subs themselves were great, but I hope the owner finds out what is causing this and fixes it.

Two stars because the food is always good BUT I ordered online and it said it would be ready at 12:46. I probably sat in there for 15 minutes waiting while the staff talked about football. People waiting on food and they stopped and talked about football and teams for probably half the time I was there. They did not seem to care that there were orders needing to be completed. I have worked in the food industry and they did not have on the proper shoes and the floor behind the line was nasty lettuce everywhere and bread in the floor. I’d be concerned about one of them slipping and getting seriously injured. I love firehouse but this one does not hold up to the normal standard I usually see.

Ordered the Italian and it was overwhelmingly sweet. Not sure if it was the ham or the mustard but not what I was expecting from an Italian sandwich. 2 super thin slivers of onion, very little salami or pepperoni. No seasoning visible. Ingredients seem to be of good quality but the sandwich was overall just lacking anything good or exciting.

Tonight the mark was missed. Several modifications were missed even though they were on the receipt. The sandwiches were clearly slapped together. Just disappointing after paying $35 including a tip for 2 sandwich combos.

Can’t rate the food because I didn’t get any. But the service? Horrible. Walked in about 8pm the other night. I was the only one in the store, not busy at all. Two young employees in the back corner fumbling around behind the counter. Didn’t acknowledge me at all. So after a while, I asked “is this where I place an order?”

Online order for pickup. Ignored by an employee because of Airpods. Items were missing out of the take out bag. Upon arriving home, I realized that more of the order was also not in the bag…..I refused to drive back to retrieve them. I called and spoke with a young lady about receiving a refund for them. She indicated that the manager would contact me the following day. I left my information….no contact from the manager and no one answers the phone(daily). This establishment is not professional and will probably not meet your expectations/standards.
