The food was good, our waitress was really nice and attentive. The atmosphere was cool it has a bar which I don’t drink but it was cool though. I have nothing bad to say about the restaurant we enjoyed our food and service and plan on going back to eat there again.

Let’s start on a positive note! The vegan burger I ordered was quite honestly one of the best I’ve had in my life! It was so moist I almost didn’t believe it….so I took a second bite to be sure…then third…then, well you get the point. The burger was fantastic, but the fries were quite honestly soggy and a little disappointing (slightly from condensation in the container). All in all it made for a delightful lunch! I did go into the restaurant though and no one was there as a greeter, so I had to make my way to the counter to get my food AND my meal ($16 total) didn’t come with any sauces! No ketchup, no nothing so be sure you ask for that. All in all it I’d definitely come back for that vegan burger! Service not as much.

10/10 recommend this place for lunch, ESPECIALLY if Lori is on staff! She treated us like we were family, and she was so sweet to my 18 month old! We came in about 10 minutes after they opened & the service was FAST, food was FRESH, and the place was CLEAN and friendly! The tunes playing were perfect, my son had a little dance party the whole time. Other guests were super sweet to our son & overall the vibes were just great! It’s smaller on the inside so I could see it getting full easily in the winter months, around lunch or rush hours…but the patio is still nice whenever the weather is nice. I ordered the Bonzai Chicken sandwich & sweet potato fries. 12/10 on all of it! The fries were crispy, yet soft on the inside. The sauce they have with it (honey & cinnamon i think) was TOO good! The sandwich was juicy, FLAVORFUL, and had the best bun ever. I’d order this again in a heartbeat. The bacon was crispy, the tomato was ripe, the lettuce was fresh, the pineapple was JUICY, the chicken was flavorful and juicy as well! Next time we’re in, we’ll be sure to ask for Lori & probably order the exact same thing! We never needed anything because we were so well taken care of! Thanks again!

My family used to love this place. Not sure what happened in the last year, but it is not worth going to Jack’s any more. The food is bland and over-priced Everything tastes like it just came out of a microwave. The cherry on top was the fight between the manager and a server about taking out the trash. The only reason they get any stars is because our server was awesome. We will not be returning.

Atmosphere was 10/10, loved the patio. Service was very friendly. Drinks were good and strong. Reason for 3 stars is that while our food looked good, the tacos were super unseasoned and bland and the chicken sandwich was overcooked/dry and also unseasoned. It came with only a bottle of ketchup and no sauce/mayo on the sandwich so pretty disappointing. But prices were not unreasonable and I would come back for drinks.

Around December of last year I had some friends visiting from across the country and I suggested coming here since I never had an issues with the place. That was until this night where my friend ended up eating a burger that was uncooked, and because of that, he ended up having food poisoning the entire night he stayed. I felt really bad for him and I was a little disappointed in Jack’s as a whole, it’s not to say they have issues like this 24/7. Most of the time they’re food is great, but there’s always gonna be that 1/100 chance where something doesn’t go right and sadly this was that moment. Overall though, food is great when it’s cooked right. The cooks just need to double check on if the food is fully cooked.

13 years and still going strong their 13th birthday party was an absolute blast. They had an outdoor concert and there was lots of local admiration pouring in. I personally enjoy this location because they have one day out of the week dedicated to hamburgers. It’s a lot of fun cover get attracted to combination because they offer, lots of culinary variety to create a different kind of burger every time you come in. Apart from that remember of course that it’s a pub so it has pub food and lots of spirits and beers that are not only tasty but fun to try depending on how adventurous your palate might be. Is a great spot to meet friends to meet family.

I love coming to Jacks! I always know when Jasmine is behind the bar, it’s going to be a good time! She always recommends the best drinks! My average margarita becomes an island like experience with the many different flavors that I keep coming back for more!!! Every Monday for $2 tacos and $4 Margaritas is what I look forward to!!!!!!
