I never give out 1 star reviews, since it’s unfair to the company. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the cheese wasn’t melted. The food was almost cold. We did wait a long time in the drive-thru when there wasn’t any cars. I also got the spicy tenders. Zing Sauce makes it better but meal also was a bit cold too. Golden Chick is known for their gravy. I didn’t get any but got some type of thousand island sauce to dip it with. It’s a bummer that I didn’t get a good meal. I won’t be coming back. I just stopped at Terrell for a short stop.

I wish people will read & share my comment and NOT SUPPORT this franchise location at all! Fazi, the general manager at this location in Talty, TX, indefinitely exemplify the ideology of a low-life form of a human who should not have any parts of running any business due to his nasty behavior/character over something so simple. Visited this store Sunday evening 3/26/2023 and wished I would had kept driving home. I have never been so disrespected and embarrassed about some cheap quality made food (3-pc fish) that 1) I WAS NOT overly upset about. It was disappointing and just didn’t like it. I have had better. And 2) I simply asked to get something else like tenders instead of a refund. The GM became rude, irrate and hurled stereotypical/profiling comments at me insinuating I eat at McDonald’s, shop at Walmart and other disrespectful and irrelevant perspectives about my life instead of the matter at hand. Also had the nerve to tell me not to come back to this store when I absolutely did nothing wrong!!! I’m completely surprised at myself for not matching the energy of ignorance the GM displayed to me as a customer!!! It took everything within me to not stoop down to his level of stupidity. I did not eat my order when I returned within one minute after ordering through the drive-thru. Only 2 small bites was had upon tasting it for freshness and the size of the filets were really small, but yet he claims I ate my order even though he saw 3 whole pieces still in the box. If court was to be had, I swear on the Bible I was not rude, had an attitude or demanded my $13.52 refund. If a Clown award was to be given, Fazi will inevitably take the crown. This was by far the WORST experience I had at any Golden Chick establishment and/or any other food-chains in all of my living life.

This is the worst golden chick I’ve been to isn’t Forney/talty supposed to be a good area what a shame I ordered a 4 piece chicken combo and a sandwich the girl at the register told me it would take 10 min and after already 5 min of waiting in the drive through she asked me to go wait in the front I waited in the front for 16 min until a guy walked on and only handed me a sandwich I asked him where the rest of the food was and he had no clue what I was talking about so I drove back around and since I had been waiting so long I asked for a refund the “owner” told me no refunds and if I had a problem to call corporate but wouldn’t give me the number told me to look it up and proceeded to tell me I couldn’t get a refund I told him that’s fine I would just dispute it with my bank and he told me to never come back cause I wanted a refund then I get home and my chicken is pink… wow

No “free ice cream” available even than is a new store and have a new ice cream machine is not “working” per the employee. Why they have free ice cream propaganda if they do not offer if. In a hot day 103 with sensation in 108 degrees people are looking for cool stuff.
