I can’t speak about the store itself but the employees who work pizza section are just horrible just left there 5 mins very upset. Let’s start with u can never place an online order. 2nd I spent almost a hr of trying to call without the phone ever being answered. Has happened plenty of times this wasn’t the first. Third decided to go to store and order in person nope can’t do that because the ppl behind counter can’t take the time to quite talking to take my order and I stood there for about a good 3 mins. Place use to be on top of things but have went down hill the past year sucks I will have to drive to Channahon to get pizza but at least there I can place online orders and not have to sit in parking lot for 20 mins cause ppl can’t answer phones

Was literally just in the store at 10:50 to get Fountain drinks and some snacks a few customers in the store and when I get to the register everyone else was able to purchase their stuff I’m black I was the last one at the register and was told oh the registers are closed you can’t purchase anything and was shown out of the store but why would you close the registers down if they’re still three customers in the store we’re all in line and then I’m the last one in line but you shut it down right before I get to you but the two people before me were able to get their stuff but I’m black

It is very disappointing when the establishment has employees working the cash register that have very little customer service skill. When I was asking a question about a product that you as a store sell, I was interrupted before I could even finish and cut off by the employe. Very rude.

Very disappointed went there because the air was free even though it was out of my way I thought it was really nice now they’re charging and only takes credit cards I guess I won’t be going out of my way anymore so sad although it does save me a little time because I no longer have to go out of my way to support a business court management
