As you one can see, there is a lot going on here. Seen below is the chow mein, orange chicken, kung pao chicken, and Mongolian beef. The food is usually ok at this location, but it is often understaffed sadly.

I’d recommend avoiding this place if possible. The food here is significantly worse than other Panda Express locations, and I usually like Panda Express. I don’t know what it is, but the food feels like it was made from lower quality ingredients. Either that, or it was poorly cooked. Sometimes, I’ll get the scraps at the bottom of the tray, and it would be really soggy, burnt, stale, or something weird. I’m not sure how it’s always so crowded there during lunch hours, especially when there are other options in the food court. You do kind of get a lot for the price at least.

This location’s service was absolutely abysmal, my friends and I had placed a mobile order on National Orange Chicken Day to avoid the lines, upon arrival we were greeted by Vanay who was very rude and dismissive, stating that “there is no food” and the orders would not be ready for 30 minutes to an hour. Not only this but they would not cancel the order for a refund. I asked the employee to speak to a manager to which she claimed was not in the store nor knew how to get in contact with them. I advise anyone looking to enjoy a nice meal to avoid this location at all costs.

Usually the staff here is very friendly but today I had a horrible experience. There was a minimal amount of beef and broccoli left with barley any beef I asked if there was a fresh batch there was instead of adding the old batch to the fresh one and serving me she insisted on only using the old batch. It was very rude and shoved my food towards me instead of handing it to me. If you don’t like your job then quit but do not impose your terrible temper on students. I AM DONE eating at this establishment

This place is really hit an miss. I never order the orange chicken from here because it never tastes like the orange chicken from other locations, it’s either bland or lacks the sweetness that it is supposed to have.

Not really a Chinese restaurant but still pretty good. Ate here pretty much every other day as a student living on campus. The portions are small but the food is really worth it especially when using flexdine. Orange chicken, Beijing beef, and Sweetfire Chicken breast paired with their chowmein are all great. For days you feel like eating healthy, replace the chow mein with greens.

Waited 20 minutes to get the most dry and bland bowl of orange chicken and rice I’ve ever eaten. Horrible
