Be ready to eat! The restaurant was very nice. My eyes lit up when I walked, because of all the beautiful colors. The staff was nice and willing to accommodate. We went immediately to the salad bar, which was nicely displayed. Then the meat on the steel large skewers started coming so fast. I had to give them the red light quickly. We did order dessert to go. I had no room in my stomach, because I felt like I ate 5000 calories. I will visit again!

I made a reservation two months ahead, I got there with my family and they made me wait 30 more minutes because my table was not ready, after that, we took a sit and we wait other 20 minutes to somebody came to our table. The restaurant wasn’t even crowded, was Wednesday evening. The food was really good, however my mom don’t eat medium rare meat, I request some well done, and they never came back with the food .

Delicious food, I’m a huge carnivore and loved the variety of meats. So many, I was unsure if we tried them all. Dessert was free for some reason, possibly mother’s day discount. Very enjoyable and because of the variety of food going around it was almost entertaining.

This was my first time to this restaurant. While I thought the staff was AWESOME, extremely accommodating, polite, and kind, the food was quite pricey. It was over $100 for two meals and one lemonade. The salad bar was fresh, but I thought it was lacking compared to other salad bars. The cheese bread was my favorite part of the evening, I ordered seconds of that. Potatoes au gratin and mashed potatoes were both good. The fried banana was good as well. The meat servers were all understanding when I had to have everything well done and my fiancè preferred medium. They made sure we both got enough of everything. They were also great at small talk and connecting with us, unlike other restaurants. There is a vast amount of meat to choose from, although most of it is red meat, if you prefer white meat only this probably isn’t your place. The meat is moist and fresh. We probably wont be back because of the steep prices but I did enjoy trying it out.

Possibly the most disappointing dining experience of my life, which happened to be my grandfather’s 83rd birthday celebration. We arrived to an almost empty restaurant 10 minutes prior to our reserved time and the hostess would not seat us at our table, which was ready. This mere inconvenience wouldn’t have been a problem, had my 83 and 84-year-old grandparents been provided somewhere to sit while waiting; however, I found them chairs with no assistance from the waitstaff. My father and I stood at the bar during our wait, hoping to purchase a beverage, to no avail. The food at the buffet was mediocre, unsightly and poorly kept, as there was a trail of lobster bisque from the buffet to the dining area. Excluding our main waiter, the other waitstaff were openly annoyed and rude, to the point where we turned our cards over to red, to avoid further inconvenience to the gentlemen carrying the meat. Aside from the initial waters brought to our table, no one ever returned to check if we needed refills, take the used plates, etc. Finally, ALL the meats brought to the table were horribly over or undercooked; specifically, the Parmesan Chicken was inedible. This horrible experience at Texas de Brazil cost our party of 8 over $600, and we brought our own champagne and liquor.

As always, the food and service was fantastic. Something new to us though was how they do the menu for those who have allergies. My husband has several and the menu they have allows you to put in your allergies and leaves what is safe for you to eat. This made eating our meal a lot less stressful and more enjoyable. Thank you Texas de Brazil for going the extra mile!!

So my honey and I went for Easter. I had been to another brazilian buffet in St Charles that was pretty good so I wanted to try this one since it is closer to us. That being said, the spread was awesome, the different meats just kept coming! They were good and tender. I particularly wanted to have some lamb, it was delicious, however, I felt like I had to hurry up and eat, (especially when I had the lamb, cold lamb is gross!) It was very cold in there, and it didn’t help that we were sitting under a vent. I did mention this to management when they came around, and he said they are working on it. Let’s talk service! So Richard was my server, he did just enough, he wasn’t great , just average, I guess I expected “next level” customer service for the price we paid. I have done customer service for 35 years, I still do it for a living, so my standards are high when it comes to that.
