Never really had an issue with little Caesar’s, the pretzel crust pizza Is phenomenal. Last night I ordered a pretzel stuffed crust pizza on the app and selected for cheese sauce rather than pizza sauce however the pizza had regular pizza sauce instead of cheese. The pizza still tasted fine but I would have rather had the pizza I ordered the way I ordered it.

So I guess they don’t like to answer their phones or they’re down. Been trying to call in an order for the past 30 minutes and haven’t even been answered. If the phones are down cool but if they’re not you could at least answer and place lines on hold. I’m seeing other reviews of people having the same issue and still getting answered at some point though. So it’s a bit frustrating, even in store the customer service at this location is never good.
