They could not take card. No problem we had cash. The person on speaker seemed rather annoyed that we had cash. Asked multiple times before accepting our order, if we had cash. Not in a just to be clear custom service way. We had a small order. No one else was in line, 3 customers were visible in line. After being at the window for several minutes, we were told to pull around. We waited over 15 minutes after we pulled around. For 1 box meal,a grilled burrito, and 3 soft tacos, plus 3 drinks. The food was definitely hot, that was a plus.

I’ve always had problems with this location. Either the system is down or the employees there have a TERRIBLE attitude. Now I work customer service and I understand you deal with terrible people but whoever that young lady was that was working the drive through was there needs to be let go. I ordered my food and asked for beef instead of chicken and I wanted to make sure she heard me so I repeated my self again. She said “it’s already made” in a snarky tone. So I pull back up to the drive through because my order was wrong and the same exact lady said “give me a second” and haven’t heard anything from her for atleast 3-5 minutes. She already had a problem when I pulled up. I know this not no five start restaurant but when I’m spending my money on food I want it should be correct.

Waited in drive thru for fifteen minutes, didn’t even get up to the speaker to give my order. Drove around and went inside. Ordered at the kiosk and waited about 7 minutes for someone to take my money. Then waited another twenty minutes for my food. Was supposed to get cinnamon twists with my cravings box but got nachos instead. I do not recommend that location to anyone unless they like to wait almost an hour for “fast” food. Sloths and snails could move faster. From what I saw there was one person working drive thru and front counter and two people making the food. The service should have easily been twice as fast as it was

Ordered here a few times at work. (1)Ordered delivery through the app and we were missing half of the order. Didn’t get a receipt with our order so when we went back to the store, they wouldn’t help us. Sent in a dispute and never heard anything back from customer service. (2)Ordered online for pickup in store. Got to the store and the doors were locked. Was forced to sit in the drive-thru line for 30+ minutes. All of the food was cold. This is by far one of the worst locations I’ve been to.

Came to this Taco Bell after we almost died at waffle House so excited to indulge in some yummy tacos, but they messed up our whole order. I asked for just beef and cheese and I got the whole inventory on my taco. They also forgot to give me my cinnamon twists, but I caught that before I left so I went back through the drive-through & got them. Never ever go here it was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had in my whole entire life.

I ordered 2 things! A Supreme chalupa and a Supreme dorito. I spent $9 on 2 tacos that were horrible. The champagne was too cold as it was overfiled with soggy lettuce and watery tomatoes when I specifically asked for easy lettuce. The dorito taco was crumbled and had no sour cream. Very disappointing after spending $9 on 2 tacos. The girl who handed me my food looked like she hats her job. Yall really need to get it together. I WON’T be back!
