Order placed on line to pick up curbside. Guaranteed to deliver to your vehicle within two minutes or you’d get a free pizza. It wasn’t ready when arrived, but as soon as it was out of the oven, the two minute countdown began. Timer stopped with 11 seconds and no one brought my order out for 7 more minutes. I tipped him a couple bucks. I decided to check my order. I had a pizza with all toppings which I did not order and was missing one 5 cheese dipping sauce. I called and told them I got the wrong order and the same guy came out to pick it up, then wanted the receipt to verify my order again. He said I’ll be right back with your missing item. After several more minutes went by, I went into the place, asked for my dipping sauce and requested my free pizza. The guy in charge told me “we don’t do that here and gave me a phone number to call”. We don’t issue coupons for the free pizzas. I told him first it took them an additional 7 minutes to bring me the wrong order. And secondly another wait for my correct order. Got home and one order of Parmesan twists were way over cooked and hard. So much for dipping sauce. It appears everyone was grabbing any boxes they could, to get them delivered. I’ll use an alternative choice for my next meal.

Literally placed multiple orders right now and they kept getting cancelled. The app literally says that the store is closing soon but if we place our order before 12, we will still get it. THAT IS FALSE. It is not even 12 yet and I called the store tonight and the worker told me they were about to close and that they have a reserved time of before 11 o clock where we have to place an order so they have to cancel my order. He then told me to try another Dominos. Obviously this location has a PM staff that does not like working and will do what they can to close the store early even if it means turning down orders and business during regular operating orders. Domino’s, go review your workers at this location and actually hire people that will work and make you money instead of paying people to turn away your business and losing you money. My forty bucks is going somewhere else tonight.

So unprofessional and the worst customer service from the “manager”. I ordered a pizza to be delivered. My son was sitting in the garage waiting, because the pizza was for him. The app stated it was completed and hope we enjoy our food. The pizza was never delivered! I called the store and the “manager” answered and just said “I can remake it for you” no wanting to see where my order is. A dominoes driver never even made it on my street. I’m supposed to trust that it would be delivered this time and wait another 30-45 min?? I opted for a refund and ordered at papa johns instead. I will be contacting corporate.

I’m a fan of this location. The quality of their food is usually excellent, but the few times it hasn’t been up to par, they gave a sincere apology, quickly remade it, and gave me a freebie just for the trouble. Most of the employees are kind and helpful, but there are a few folks who aren’t. One of the managers has a real attitude problem. I’ve even gotten an apology from other staff for their behavior, so I feel bad for the others who have to work with that one! So I don’t fault the store for one bad apple. Overall, this is a great location to visit.
