Everytime I come to Chick-Fil-A, I can always rely on the quality of the food I am going to recieve. Unfortunately, today when I came in to eat a salad, looking through the strawberries and slices of lettuce, I could see signs of old and rotting food. Not appreciated, not in the slightest. Service was good, the cashier (who took my order) was great. But as the food was bad, the experience was as well. (When I went to tell an employee about the food, she didn’t care or do anything. I wasn’t asking for free food or a replacement, I just wanted the manager or everyone to know not to serve old food or food thats going bad. She just looked at me, said “Oh, well..” and didn’t do anything else.) Although I am but one guest, this was a bad thing. I sincerely hope this situation, the food and customer experience, does not occur again.

Sharp operating Chick-Fil-A with no issues. Fast food isn’t designed to feed your family of seven or eight people. It’s “fast food” not meal prep for an entire family. People complaining are the ones apart of the problem with no manners.

This location has declined. The food is always quality and fresh but the service from the staff is terrible. It’s almost impossible to get a sugar-free lemonade (im a type 1 diabetic). They almost always mess that up. They’ll even mark it diet, but when I take a few sips, my glucose hits the roof.

Hands down the best Chick-fil-A in DFW! Fries are always pipe it up hot and service always comes with a smile. After school it can get a bit loud when the kids stop by but everyone still gets helped in a timely manner. Big Shout Out to the Crew there!
