Superb experience at Ceviche! I loved the mix of Peruvian and Japanese dishes. I had oysters, Plymouth roll, and Seafood rice. Everything was beautifully presented and the flavor/preparation was perfect. Can’t wait to visit again to try more. Andy was a wonderful server- thank you!

Finally, a restaurant in the twin cities that serves legit Peruvian ceviche!! We fell madly in love with tigre de leche in Miami and so glad there’s a place that makes it WELL. My personal favorite was the Rocoto which has a little kick to it that made it delicious. The pasta ala huancaina was too die for!! Lomo Saltado beef does melt in your mouth, but the stir fry needed more “smoke” and the potatoes needed a bit more crisp. The Plymouth roll was solid, super flavorful. Great portions. Justin our server was pretty sweet! Highly recommend this place.

Food was good in general. Out of everything we tried, the Pasta A La Huancaina was the best, the filet mignon was very soft and the pasta sauce was creamy and delicious. The 3 ceviches didn’t taste too different to me, and they weren’t super impressive. Our server was nice and polite. She answered all the questions we had and gave recommendations. Atmosphere was pleasant and good for date nights.

The restaurant has been nicely updated from the previous Mexican decor. The table settings were also very nice. However, the restaurant was noticeably understaffed. The only waiter was running around like he was overworked but also spent a lot of time going back and forth without accomplishing anything. I had expected knowledgeable staff on Peruvian food, or at least their own menu. The waiter instead provided short confusing info and seemed uninterested in the guests. We had intended to order more but couldn’t get the waiters attention. We ended up getting the check and going elsewhere to finish our evening.

I read the reviews online after planning to attend a movie nearby and was hoping they were accurate => the reviews were correct! The meal was amazing the rice, the appetizers, the rolls, everything! Highly recommend ~ we ate on the outside patio, which was beautiful and clean; and the service was impeccable!!!! we will all definitely be back ❤️✔️

My partner and I were really excited to try this place – The presentation of the food was beautiful, however the flavor did not compare to such. Not only did the ceviche trio have very little flavor, the fish used tasted as if it was frozen and thawed and sitting in the tigers milk (acidity cooking mix) for far too long. For a place named ceviche, you’d think that would be the best thing on their menu, but for our visit, the miso soup was the most flavorful and satisfying part of our meal. We did get a specialty roll as well, that was alright, although again the ingredients did not seem as fresh as one would expect.
