There is no flavor in this food! I got two tacos with completely different toppings and they tasted like nothing! I was just eating the texture, no flavor whatsoever. The complimentary chips tasted like nothing. The only thing I bought that was good was the chocolate chip cookie, which probably is made by a 3rd party.

Just had the worst customer service at this location this evening. They were out of rice so we decided to wait for 15 minutes. My wife asked for a water cup and I asked for a drink cup. An employee handed us 2 cups. She got water, and I got a soda. Obviously I was planning on paying for it when we checked out. We both have really good jobs and have no reason to steal a soda…. Then the manager, George, walks over and rudely says to me “how does that water taste?” I politely explained I was fully intending on paying for it and that we were just waiting on the rice.

It was such an amazing experience!! Jordan stuffed my burrito like no one has before. I’m a changed woman thanks to all that meat he gave me. I felt so special as he gazed in my eyes and packed it all in. I have never felt so good gobbling down on such a thick burrito. Thank you Jordan I will never go to Chipotle I’m all about Willy now.

Got food poisoning! I ate a burrito from here two days ago and have been projectile vomiting and bed bound since. Norovirus contamination in this facility. All it takes is one employee not washing their hands. Terrible experience.

We wanted to order Willy’s to support restaurants during this crazy time. We’ve ordered here before without any problems, and the staff is pretty friendly. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed this go round. My steak salad did not have much lettuce, and the pico and sour cream was left off. It was even more frustrating because the receipt was taped to the outside of the to-go box. This seems like laziness. I might also point out that they were not very busy. We won’t be ordering from Willy’s for a while.
