THEY DO NOT DELIVER – THEY USE DOOR DASH NOW.. Pizza took an hour to arrive, called store, manager could care less, Door Dash delivered and pizza was COLD. You cannot track delivery of your pizza from this store once they give it to door dash to deliver. If you live in Vera DO NOT USE. Order pizza from a better restaurant, like Brooklyn Pizza or Mr. Delicious and Door Dash it yourself.

Placed an order for pickup, and due to an accident it was given away. The staff member, Brian, immediately had it remade, rectified the issue and did what was needed to make it right. I only waited 5-8 minutes for it even while they where busy. He even went as far as to bring it to my car while I waited. Regardless of the minuscule error I am very happy with the customer service and appreciate the work done to make it right. He did a phenomenal job and I am highly satisfied.

The papa John’s on Minton do not give Military discount, the first Papa John’s I’ve ever done business with that doesn’t give Military discount.. All other Papa John’s have been very good to Veterans, usually 10 percent for as much as 50 percent..

Over 3 hours for pizzas & wings. Sent our first order to door dash without notifying us then refunded our money & re-did our order taking another 40-45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous never ordering here again. Manager responded with attitude when I told him they did not notify us about our order being transferred to door dash. Do better.

Ordered a large pizza tonight that was suppose to be half cheese and half garden . Pizza was absolutely horrible, pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard . Very little mushrooms, no cheese and very little sauce . It’s the worst pizza we have ever tasted . We will never order from the N Wickham Road location ever again . I would starve first . Absolutely Horrible. Where is the management involvement in overseeing what is going out the door to your costumers ? Should be ashamed. This went into the garbage because that’s exactly what it was .

Ordered food tonight and asked for no contact delivery because I am sick (didn’t want to spread my germs). Driver never knocked on my door to let me know food was delivered.
