Ordered a Mexican pizza to go. When I got to eat it it had a tostada as a bottom instead of the Mexican pizza layer. Why would you do that???!!! If there was a wait for more layers you can let the customer know and not place the wrong thing on purpose.

Waited inside for someone to even come up for us to order for a while because their online app doesn’t work. After placing the order they still screwed up our orders. Which happened before. Haven’t tried the KFC part yet but probably similar situation.

It’s another tacobell, I didn’t receive napkins or ordered sauce with my app order this last time. Food was ok for a cheep snack while commuting home. It’s a good halfway location between Durham and home.

You want good service and fast food? Not this place. Got the party pack of tacos. Guy working the window at drive though never said a word to me as I paid, got my order, and asked for sauce as he slammed the window before I could get the request out. Service is not a priority anymore and it blows

Ordered Taco Bell through the app for pick up. When I arrived and realized saw it was a KFC/TB combo location…I also ordered a chicken sandwich when going inside. The sandwich was ready in 5 minutes. The Taco Bell took nearly 30 minutes. They gave me a fresh sandwich and the manager was visibly frustrated with his slow staff.

Basic / average experience. Not bad, nothing great either. Super quiet speaking staff makes it super hard to hear while ordering. Not much to say so I guess that’s better than the average drive through experience. Kinda sad to say that though. What is it about fast food businesses staffing quality?
