My family stopped here on the way to Tennessee, seemed like it would be cheap and a fun place to eat. We were very wrong. The wait staff was rude and messed up our order multiple times. We went without drinks for 3/4 of our visit and 3 of our burgers didn’t even have a burger patty. The burgers we did receive were burnt and tasted terrible. We understand they were busy but it was unacceptable.

I’ve been out of town for a minute (13 years) so even though it took a couple of weeks Kirby’s was definitely on the ‘ the first places I’m stopping’ list. And they still deserve their reputation. It was great as it’s always been. And one Kirby burger with mustard, pickles and grilled onions is about right for me. Never touched the fries.

This is another diamond in the rough. I knew when we walked in that the food would be good just by the smell. It has a limited menu, but don’t let that turn you away because what they do make, they specialize in. If you want good fast but not fast food, give them a try!

Their burgers are really good and the restaurant is clean, but I didnt have a very good experience with the staff. I had ordered a burger and cheese fries and I was brought cheese sticks instead. I told the waitress and she brought out some cheese fries, no problem right?
