They did a good job of renovating an abandoned building. Interior feels and looks like a new building. Quality isn’t worse than a typical KFC…just right. If you order towards 9:30pm or later, they may tell you they’re out of crispy recipe, etc. and offer substitutions. Staff is competent and friendly. They all seem like they’re new most times. Maybe they may need to take a deep breath.

The building looks great inside and out and the staff are very friendly but the food is not good at all. We have tried a few times since they opened, hoping they’d improve but sadly it’s the same each time. The biscuits are so dry, the chicken is never fresh and the fries are the worst! If they could improve the food, it would be a great location but it’s just not worth it.

I’ve given them 3 chances since it re-opened. 1 lunch, 2 dinners. All experiences are the same. The food is never fresh, it’s always hours old. (Yes I worked years in fast-food and can very easily tell how old the food is.) Chicken is never crispy, it’s always dried out and old. The french fries are always soggy and warm/cold at best. The food is not cheap, I could feed my family for the same price at Perkins and get actually good food. The customer service is ok at best. I would not recommend at all.

Went in on a Saturday to dine in for the first time. We had gotten drive thru and pickup before and never disappointed but this time we wanted to eat inside. employees super friendly got the door for us when we arrived and when we left, he noticed we had a baby and was very helpful. We ordered and got our food before we even finished filling up our drinks. Food was very good no complaints. Everything was very clean even bathrooms. The only thing is they do need to get a changing table in the women’s bathroom to change babies. But other than that highly recommended.

I’ve been hesitant to eat from this new location since my first meal there where I ordered a famous bowl and they forgot to put the main ingredient, chicken in my meal. Gave it another try today thinking “ehh, mistakes happen”, so attempt number 2, forgot my step sons macaroni with his meal, and my Mac bowl had absolutely no taste at all. Needless to say, no more kfc and good luck keeping enough business to stay afloat. Cheers

Parking lot really needs maintenance! Other than that we have eaten here a few times, and are overall happy. Mashed potatoes and gravy have always been fresh and one of our favorite things to order is the double down combo, no cheese or mayo. This gives you two large boneless xtra crispy chicken filets, 2 strips of bacon, a side, and a drink for $11.99 which we find to be the best value. The filets have always been cooked to perfection for us, but there was a time where the cheese was added by mistake, and the cheese is gross! We also love the Mt. Dew Sweet Lightning.

Sunday mid afternoon (3 pm) so might have been fresher when busier. Crispy chicken was good but original recipe left something to be desired. Not as good as we had remembered. Fries were good even lukewarm and would have been great fresh and hot. Liked their honey barbecue sauce though they charge 30¢ for each. Mashed potatoes and gravy were good too. Biscuit was good but smaller than I remembered. Would have been better with real butter and real honey instead of margarine and their imitation “honey sauce”. Good Lipton sweet ice tea from their Pepsi drink machine. Better than I expected for unbrewed (i.e. instant) ice tea. Dining area was clean and pleasant. Staff was friendly. Prices seemed a bit high for the value but not outrageous.

Menu or the employees lie. Didn’t get all the food we ordered. Decided to give them another chance. Went at about 530 pm and the employees were acting questionable and rude. One lady was sweeping right next to us and under our feet when eating. Another employee was circling the building vaping then walking into the back then right back out about 10 times. Never once washed his hands. Also good luck avoiding massive holes in the parking lot. Nothing stellar about this place.

The food was okay. I got the wraps, there was more sauce than chicken. The shells were a little chewy. The employees didn’t smile was not welcomed into the restaurant. Over all it was ok.

Chicken bucket was Horrible … Cole slaw was super dry with no juice.. only good thing was the mashed potatoes and gravy … never again will I buy from KC in North Austin Mn ….
