Great food and great drink options. Very reasonably priced. I got the cheese steak (#17). The staff got a little lost and gave my friend an incorrect order. Good food.

There’s nothing to complain about here. Fast and easy ordering online, reasonably priced ($9.97 for a regular turkey and provolone on parmesan bread), ready quick, and tasted very good! I recommend the parmesan bread and the ingredients taste fresh. I enjoyed every bite. This location is also very clean and open as well as festive (Chicago Blackhawks decorated theme for this month with their Blackhawks charity). I’d definitely return and try another sandwich!

They’re always in a rush to get you out the door in this place, even if you’re the only customer in the store. One person starts making your sandwich, then the cashier comes out to ring you up 10 feet away so you can’t watch the other person make the sandwich. It’s very annoying. I don’t like to be distracted just so the cashier can go back to playing on their phone in the back. Several times I’ve had sandwiches made the wrong way. Always have problems with freshness at this location and the employees are rude.

I would have given them 5 stars but the manager in the front was not cool at all. Came in as I was being charged and I was asking about a special coupon I had, she rudely said I couldn’t use it although I know they always offer it to customers.

Ordered all online for pick up and it was a very seamless and easy process. I didn’t need to load an additional app and I could easily do it through my phone. Ordering was simple (easier than other sandwich shops). Once I got there I didn’t have to wait in line and it was right in the table to the left for a quick in and out. Would definitely order from here again for a quick and easy experience

Jersey mikes is a great sub shop! I just starting doing here so I am excited to try more sandwiches, altho it’s little pricey, def worth it. Staff is always welcoming and I can’t wait to go back.

The first time we tried one they had just opened in Palatine, huge bread, and then they sliced the thinnest cheese and a peice of meat so thin you could see though it and were so excited, very off putting, thought I would never go back, but gave it another try and have had really good roast beef subs, been very happy to roll in and get lunch or dinner.

I just picked up a mini #6, the cashier with the glasses and facial hair gave me my sandwich. I said thank you, he looked at me and said nothing back. Customer service needs improvement.

Sandwiches aren’t able to be customized to my liking. Not workers fault but can’t say i’m in a rush to go back to any jersey mikes

I had ordered a #5 with extra meat, but I wanted the bacon or extra bacon from a #1. Mind you this is on a Rosemary Parmesan giant loaf with lettuce, tomatoes. The key is that this sandwich has to be baptized with oil & vinegar salt and pepper. The other half is loaded with 12 pieces of bacon, and before they flip it they go back and put small straps of mayo on it and now for the flip. I bought my Stubborn soda and went shopping we.t home and started to enjoy the best sub ever made. You got to love those guys at Jersey Mike’s. That’s why I’m writing this review. Enjoy and create your Jersey Mike’s sub. Tom Morris
