I normally enjoy a Hardee burger over any other fast food hamburger restaurant but my last trip yesterday went straight in the trash. It was over cooked and dry and the bread was rubbery. Not to mention I had to wait 10 minutes for 2 combo meals. The only thing that was fresh and edible were the french fries.

Hardee’s has really been going downhill. I see them closed all over the place. And I get why. Low pay, newer generations don’t care. It was with a great heart we decided to stop because I miss them. And lemme tell you, this lil location DID IT RIGHT!!!! My favorite go to is, of course the Mushroom Swiss. And normally it’s bland with no taste. My first bite brought treats to my eyes it was so good. And to think, it was in a gas station and not a stand alone location. This has brought back my hope that we don’t lose Hardee’s like we lost Roy Rogers. The wife got chicken fingers and I could hear the crisp over GPS

I stopped by there on my way back to Memphis for some breakfast; food was good but priced high, but that might be me not eating fast food often. I know everything is getting expensive. I would definitely eat there again and recommend them.

We stopped while traveling and the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was great. It took a little longer than you expect to get your food and that was probably due to the front staff focusing on one party at checkout who had an issue. We would go back if we lived in the area.
